Shipping Information

All of my products are made to order with care, and I aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days. However, please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be dispatched, especially during busy periods.

For large orders, please allow additional time for processing and dispatch. The dispatch time for these orders may exceed 7 working days, depending on the size and complexity of the order.

I offer Royal Mail 24 or 48 Tracked shipping, so you can easily track your order from dispatch to delivery. Please note, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the Royal Mail service chosen.

If you need your order sooner, feel free to send me a message, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your request.

Returns

As all items are made to order, I unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure you check your order carefully before completing your purchase.

However, if there is an issue with your order, such as an item being faulty or damaged, please don’t hesitate to contact me. I am more than happy to help and will do my best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
